Informatica is delighted to support our customers as they take on new data use cases with the Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC). As you familarise yourself with IDMC there are many tools to help you get started, including the product or feature walk-throughs, accelerators such as templates and add on bundles, and the Informatica Network, where you have access to a broad range of resources such as Tech Tuesday webinars, documentation portal, customer success portal and experience lounge. But sometimes it is just handy to work through a use case with a trusted advisor to help you get started. This is what the IDMC Customer Adoption Open Forum Drop-In Workshop is all about. You may find other customers want to learn about the same thing, you may even want to share ideas with them.
