Jessica Jackley

Jessica Jackley, Entrepreneur and Co-Founder of Kiva

Jessica Jackley is a Founder and former Chief Marketing Officer of KIVA, the world’s first peer to peer microlending website. KIVA lets users lend as little as $25 to poor entrepreneurs around the world, providing affordable capital for them to start or expand microenterprises. Named one of the top ideas of 2006 by The New York Times Magazine, and praised by Oprah, Bill Clinton and countless others, KIVA is one of the fastest-growing social benefit websites in history. Jackley was also recently praised by Forbes, named as one of 5 rising stars in Healthcare, Education, and the Environment. She is the author of the book Clay Water Brick: Finding Inspiration from Entrepreneurs Who Do the Most with the Least (Random House), which the Financial Times called “so thoroughly well meaning and engagingly put it is too magnetic to put down.”

Amit Walia

Amit Walia, Executive Vice President and Chief Product Officer

Amit Walia is the executive vice president and chief product officer responsible for product development, product management, product marketing and engineering. Previously Amit was the senior vice president and general manager for Informatica’s Data Integration and Data Security business unit.

Prior to Informatica, Amit worked in leadership positions across a variety of functions at Symantec, Intuit and McKinsey & Company. He spent the earlier part of his career working for Tata Group and Infosys Technologies in India.

Amit holds a Master of Business Administration with honors in strategy and economics from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. Additionally, he received his Bachelor of Science with honors degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Varanasi.

Karen Stine, VP, Data and Business Intelligence, Endurance Specialty Insurance

Karen Stine is VP of Data and Business Intelligence and is responsible for all development aspects of the data warehouse and reporting solution through the management of a cross-functional team and strong vendor relationships. Through Ms. Stine’s direction, all areas of the business are supported including Underwriting, Claims, Reserving, Actuary, Finance, and the Executive team. Ms. Stine is also leading the implementation of predictive analytics, statistical analysis, and machine learning to drive business process optimization thus turning Endurance into a data driven organization.

Her 15+ years of experience in the business intelligence, data warehousing and data analytics, along with her experience with multiple insurance carriers, has positioned her well for leading these initiatives. Prior to joining Endurance, Karen was the Data Architect at First Insurance of Hawaii, leading the design of the data warehouse along with the roadmap for its implementation. She was also the Director of Business Intelligence at Vertex, a tax technology company, where she initiated the business intelligence solution that provided a mechanism for clients to perform better tax planning.

Michelle Blackmer, Senior Director, Customer Advocacy, Informatica

Michelle Blackmer is a marketing leader with over 18 years of experience growing disruptive enterprise software businesses through strategic and tactical excellence. Michelle is Senior Director of Customer Advocacy at Informatica, she and her team focus on putting the customer at the center of everything we do. By fostering relationships with Informatica customers, understanding their challenges and successes and providing channels for customers to share their stories.

Michelle previously led Healthcare Industry Marketing at Informatica where she was responsible for healthcare go-to-market strategy. Prior to joining Informatica, Michelle launched the first IBM Watson based natural language processing and predictive analytics solution, led healthcare product strategy at Initiate systems (successfully acquired by IBM) and implemented Computerized Physician Order Entry (CPOE) and Medication Administration Record (MAR) for GE Healthcare.

Michelle, her husband and two Goldendoodles reside in Seattle.

Ron Lunasin, Senior Director, Product Management, Informatica

Ron Lunasin is the Sr. Director of Cloud of product management at Informatica. Ron has spent his entire 20+ yr. software career with Informatica focused on data integration and analytics, and he was one of the original founding members of the Informatica Cloud team in 2005.

Bobby Caudill, Director, Field Content Marketing, Informatica

With over 30 years of technology and business experience, Bobby is responsible field content strategy and development. In the early 90’s, as CTO for VCampus Corporation, Bobby worked to pioneer a number of techniques for delivering education and training content via the Internet. An expert in the field of developing and delivering internet-based solutions, his follow on opportunity allowed him to lead the creation of services designed to help organizations collaborate and respond to rapidly changing requirements in real-time. In the early 2000’s, Bobby worked for Adobe and Teradata, identifying and evangelizing Citizen and data-centric solutions for government organizations worldwide. Most recently, Bobby joined Informatica where his blend of technology and business experience gives him a unique perspective to the application of Informatica technologies to the ever growing data challenges of Informatica’s customers.

Jeff Koss, Senior Product Specialist, Informatica

Jeff Koss is a Senior Product Specialist. He has been with Informatica since 2001. He has helped many customers understand the value of Informatica products and solution in many different industries including Financial Services, Healthcare, Oil & Gas, and Manufacturing. He has over 25 years of experience working with software developing applications, building data warehouses, and working on various business intelligence projects. His focus the past few years are big data, virtualization and metadata management.

James Jeude, VP & Global Practice Leader, Healthcare, AIM, Cognizant

James Jeude is a Global Practice Leader of the Healthcare practice in Cognizant’s Analytics and Information Management (AIM) unit. Within AIM, James also covers AIM’s Cognizant Business Consulting, and has led the marketing and strategy groups as well.

James’ career has included leadership roles in sales, marketing, programming, and product management in companies ranging from large data-intensive firms such as AT&T, Dun & Bradstreet, and IMS Health, to text-mining startup Connotate.com and then to the Ask Jeeves (Ask.com) search engine. His particular interest is understanding and maximizing the business impact of EIM’s adoption, including: bringing analytical extensions to traditional Data Warehousing users; understanding the successes and correcting the failures in business adoption of new BI and mobility systems; the optimal placement and use of ‘big data’ in companies undergoing IT transformations; and the increasing importance of merging data quality and data governance with corporate information strategy.

Subhankar Chakraborty

Subhankar Chakraborty, Solution Partner - MDM, Knowledgent

Subhankar Chakraborty is a Solution Partner at Knowledgent responsible for the data management competency leadership across its industry vertical business units. He has more than 14 years of experience in building, branding and managing global teams and has helped leading Fortune 500 customers across industry verticals visualize, strategize and successfully implement their data management programs. Prior to Knowledgent, Subhankar worked in leadership positions at data consulting organizations introducing brand new industries to the positive outcomes of strategic data management.

Joe is responsible for providing leadership and developing strategies to strengthen the S&P Global Corporate IM&A environment. This includes building of advanced analytics platforms, improving the data quality and standardization of data , creating self-service visualizations, creating a Corporate Data Warehouse that enhances the HR , Sales, and Financial Mangement Reporting environments. Joe creates a collaborative business intelligence environment and drives cross-functional data integration and analytics for S&P Global.

Scott Taylor

Scott Taylor, Market Development & Innovation, D&B Master Data, Dun & Bradstreet

Scott Taylor has spent his career helping large enterprises solve their master and reference data content needs. He has over 20 years of experience creating and selling master data content, information, media, and trade solutions. At Dun & Bradstreet, Scott is focused on Market Development & Innovation for D&B Master Data. Prior to D&B, he was a specialized consultant to data owners and agencies looking to commercialize master and reference data assets. Scott also spent fourteen years at Nielsen where he led the go-to-market for their location data content services. He lives in Black Rock, Connecticut. He can also juggle pins and blow a square bubble.
