Peter Ku

Peter Ku, Senior Director, Industry Consulting, Informatica

Peter Ku is responsible for Informatica's Global Financial Services industry solutions consulting practice. He is an expert in helping banking, capital markets, and insurance organizations leverage data and related data management solutions to achieve their top business imperatives from regulatory compliance to improving customer experience. Mr. Ku spent 6 years in the credit card industry with Providian Bancorp (acquired by Chase) and Visa International and 5 years in the residential mortgage technology industry with Dorado and Ellie Mae and over 15 years working with Big Data, data integration, data quality, data mining, master data management, and data governance solutions. He is a regular presenter at industry events including FIMA, IDC Financial Congress, ACORD, and other industry events across the globe and author of many articles related to Big Data, regulatory compliance, credit risk management, operational risk, and driving customer insight and growth across the enterprise. He holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from the University of San Francisco and Bachelors of Science in Marketing from Hawaii Pacific University.

Clive Bearman, Director of Product Marketing, Informatica Cloud, Informatica

Clive is the Director of Product Marketing for Informatica Cloud, where he is the resident expert on cloud integration and data management in Salesforce environments. Clive graduated with a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Glamorgan (Wales) and was awarded U.S. patent #7801946 - "Systems and methods for accessing web services via an instant messaging client.”

Stephan Zoder, Senior Director, Industry Consulting, Informatica

Stephan Zoder has been the creative and execution engine behind applications for over a decade. He has been in a variety of regional or global leadership positions in technical sales, professional services, business development and product strategy at a number of industry-leading software vendors in the MDM, CRM, SCM, BI and MRO space. He has worked with Fortune 500 and mid-sized companies alike to help IT and business executives deliver measurable value on a technology solution’s promise. He leads Informatica’s effort to assess, scope, develop and measure data management-based solutions to clients by being a trusted counsel and advocate to executives. Stephan holds a master’s degree in economic policy from George Washington University. Aside from his wife and 4 children, he is an avid Kendoka and skier.

Stephen Casaceli, Senior Manager, Deloitte Consulting LLP

Stephen has more than 12 years of experience in designing and implementing business intelligence and data management initiatives.  His specialties include master data management, data integration and process management, application integration with service-based components, data modeling with various case tools, and enterprise reporting - static, ad-hoc and analytics.

Shadi Shahin, Senior Manager, Business Intelligence, Red Hat

Shadi is responsible for guiding the internal data strategy and managing data technology across the organization.  Shadi brings over 20 years of experience in information technology, including back-office implementations, project management, document management, and hardware support. Under Shadi’s leadership, the business intelligence team at Red Hat is responsible for collecting and preparing Red Hat data and provide the tools + platforms that enable internal customers to consume and understand the data. In addition, Shadi works with teams across Red Hat to encourage and enable operational reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
