Harold Langley-Poole

Harold Langley-Poole

Harold has over 30 years’ experience in finance, operations, marketing, change programmes, leadership and strategy, mainly in financial services.

Prior to joining the insurance world, he worked in London as a Systems Accountant at a chemicals company, and then Group Financial Accountant at Lloyds Bowmaker Finance Group, a subsidiary of Lloyds Bank. Between 1988 and 1998 he held a wide range of senior positions at AGF Insurance UK Ltd, split equally between Finance and Business roles. In 1998 he transferred to Allianz in Ireland, where for 3 years he led an internal consulting team in Dublin. Between 2002 and 2014 he worked in the global holding of the Allianz Group in Munich. Initially as a freelance consultant, he completed an SAP implementation project, set up a Finance function PMO, and successfully managed the Global Sarbanes Oxley compliance project.

Ashwin Krishnan

Ashwin has worked as a Key Account Manager managing Cognizant’s relation with a large Swiss Bank. Furthermore as a Solution Architect for Channel and CRM domain with hand on involvement in key programs link rebuilding their online banking platform, modernizing the CRM and advisory platform.

Ashwin brings his comprehensive experience in Banking & Financial Services Channels and CRM Domain. He's specialized in Financial Services, (IT) Strategy, Digital Modernization for Banking and Driving the Bank of Tomorrow .. Today™ initiative and BFS Digital Works across Europe.

Andrew Joss

Andrew has worked in the IT industry for nearly 30 years and spent much of that time supporting the needs of the Financial Services industry. He brings his understanding of how IT solutions drive business value to all his clients – at both a business and IT level – enabling them to see how real business benefit can be achieved.

Andrew also brings his knowledge of other industries enabling his clients to gain insight into best practices and knowledge from outside the industry, that can be applied to the sub-segments of Financial Services.
