Course Overview
Explore the skills required to configure Customer 360 SaaS on the IDMC platform. This course covers working knowledge of Customer 360 SaaS to automate and scale the practice of mastering customer data. Gain the skills necessary to customize the predefined data model and implement business rules in Informatica Customer 360 SaaS. You will also learn to onboard data, create, and configure cleanse functions, define match and merge criteria, manage hierarchies, define business events and run REST APIs.
