Course Overview
Explore the skills needed to configure Customer 360 SaaS on the IDMC platform, automating and scaling the practice of mastering customer data. Customize the predefined data model and implement business rules in Informatica Customer 360 SaaS. Onboard data, create and configure cleanse functions, define match and merge criteria, manage hierarchies, define business events and run REST APIs.
