Government agencies at all levels are making the inevitable shift to digital transformation, as they seek out new and innovative ways to improve their service delivery, drive operational efficiencies and achieve better public outcomes.

Digital innovation invariably raises significant questions among public sector agencies as they grapple with the best data governance approach for current and future ways of working:
  • Can we trust our data? Is it being used for the intended purpose?
  • Is our data secure? Are we vulnerable to an attack or a breach?
  • Are we meeting our data privacy obligations?
  • How can we best share information within and across government agencies?
  • What are the opportunities for third parties to securely add value and insight?
Informatica and Capgemini invite you to a luncheon in Canberra to learn more about the fast-changing data governance landscape in the public sector.
In this succinct and open-house forum, we will bring experts from across industry and governance to share with you:
  • The value of a robust agency-wide data governance approach
  • Emerging trends in public sector data governance
  • Lessons learnt from other government agencies on their data management journeys
  • Best practices for governing, securing, archiving and mastering data
This forum is suitable for managers and decision-makers who are involved with data management, governance and security in their day-to-day work.
