IMPORTANT: *Due to their limited amount of storage space we will need to know the amount of packages you will be sending. Shipments may arrive on Monday, 10/23. You will be responsible for boxing and taping your own packages and putting on a return label. We will arrange pick up and ship out of packages.

Exhibit Area

All sponsor exhibit areas will include:

  • 6' exhibit table and 2 chairs
  • Electrical connection
  • Tabletop sign with company logo
  • Lead retrieval system (Note that you will receive an email from the vendor with instructions on how to access leads. All leads will be available approximately 48 hours after the event.)
  • WiFi
  • If you need to rent a monitor (or other AV), please contact Megan Bentz.
Partner may bring table cloth with company logo, pull-up banner (door-sized or smaller), collateral, giveaways, etc. 

If you plan to raffle off an item, we suggest you bring blank business cards as many attendees do not bring business cards to the event.

Registration and Check-in

All partner attendees are required to register and check in to obtain a badge. Badges will be required throughout the event space. Check-in for partners will take place the morning of the event.
