Lori Smith is an Enterprise Data Strategy & Governance Director in the Single-Family Data Governance & Management organization. Ms. Smith has responsibility for master data management capabilities within the Single-Family Division. She is accountable for solution creation, design and implementation of data assets in alignment with future state architecture for business processes.

Ms. Smith joined Freddie Mac in 2003 and has held leadership roles within the Model Operations and Finance organizations. Hayne Shumate, SVP, Internet Business, Mouser Electronics

As Senior Vice President of Internet Business at Mouser Electronics, Inc., Hayne Shumate leads a team that has helped propel Mouser's growth by constantly improving the user experience and the capabilities of the e-commerce business. Joining Mouser in 2008, Shumate consolidated teams from Information Systems and Marketing into a new Internet Business Department capable of supporting and enhancing Mouser's rapid international growth as the company diversified its sales beyond the catalog. Traffic and transactions have increased 500 percent since he joined Mouser. Shumate's department has launched the electronic component industry's most capable Mobile Website (in 16 languages and 27 currencies) and Bill of Materials (BOM) processing tool. He has led systems and process improvements, enabling Mouser's web properties to support more than 6.5 million customer visits per month. He started his career teaching inner-city students with Teach for America before moving into e-commerce and electronic component distribution in 1994. He holds an MBA in Management of Information Systems.

Eric Thiessen, VP Information Management, Selective Insurance Company of America

Eric Thiessen is VP Information Management at Selective Insurance Company of America. Having served many roles within the analytics and information management disciplines during his career at Selective, he is currently responsible developing and executing strategies for business intelligence, advanced analytics, data governance, and master data management. Pete Stormer

Pete Stormer, Director of Data Management, AmerisourceBergen

Pete Stormer has over 20 years’ experience in master data management. In his role at AmerisourceBergen, he is responsible for defining the enterprise strategy and providing guidance to the individual business units for data management.

The scope of Pete’s responsibilities is ‘all things data.’ Central in the strategy is master data management for product, business partner and patient. In support of the master data is data quality management. Tying all the master data together is a data governance program. Beyond the master data, reference data is included in the data management processes. As all of these processes mature and become part of the culture, these same deals will be applied to transactional data in data warehouses and stores.

Pete has BS in Biochemistry from Penn State University and an MS in Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs from Temple School of Pharmacy. Prior to AmerisourceBergen, Peter spent 25 years with Rohm and Haas, a specialty chemical manufacturer in positions ranging from research chemist to import/export compliance lead to master data specialist.

Pamela Larsen

Pamela Larsen, Manager, Enterprise Master Data Applications, American Family Insurance

Pamela Larsen has more than 30 years of professional IT experience in leadership and data architecture roles for mission critical applications. Her competencies include MDM, Data Architecture, Data Integration, Customer Mastering and Business Intelligence.

In her current role, she is responsible for providing leadership to our MDM solutions and driving to create a roadmap for MDM domain evaluation. Her team has implemented MDM for the Customer domain that masters and integrates the customer, prospect and lead data across the enterprise; and is in development for MDM for Reference Data domain.

Pamela has a BS in Computer Information Systems from Arizona State University. She was a co-lead for the Wisconsin Informatica User Group from 2006-2014.

Kevin Remphrey has over 18 years of pharmaceutical IT experience. He has 17 years of experience in sales and marketing with 10 of those years focused on information management. Kevin has recently moved into a role leading information architecture across Merck Research Labs with a focus on Clinical and Regulatory Affairs. In this role, he is responsible for driving the information architecture strategy for the division and enabling the appropriate master data management tools and capabilities.

Pradeep Mohapatra, Head of Data Management, Chubb Insurance

Pradeep joined Chubb Group of Insurance Company during early 2014 and Heading the Data Management department. He is responsible for developing the centralize Data Management practice to implement enterprise data initiatives. Pradeep’s team acts as a nucleus collaborating with business data user groups to ensure consistent information delivery, techniques, tools, and governance.

Before joining Chubb, Pradeep served as Director of Enterprise Data Management Group at Wyndham Worldwide responsible for executing Enterprise Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, Data Migration, Data Consolidation, Data Privacy, Real-Time Data Services and Statistical Modelling related strategic initiatives.

Tom graduated from the University of Toronto with a B.Sc. Computer Science. Tom's work history includes BASF Corp., Party City, and Lexis Nexis Corp. in various engineering and architecture roles in Salesforce automation, Data Warehousing, Web Search and Data Provisioning, and Master Data Management. Tom was heavily involved with Informatica Siperian at LexisNexis where the platform was used in the Entity Data Mastering program in support of the New Lexis Initiative. Anil Chakravarthy, Chief Executive Officer, Informatica

Anil Chakravarthy is the chief executive officer of Informatica. Previously, Anil was the executive vice president and chief product officer responsible for product development, product management and product marketing.

Prior to Informatica, for nearly a decade, Chakravarthy held leadership roles at Symantec Corporation. Most recently Chakravarthy was the executive vice president of Information Security at Symantec, responsible for overseeing engineering, product management and operations for an extensive product portfolio including Data Loss Prevention, E-Mail and Web Security (on-premise and cloud), Managed Services, Trust Services and Authentication. Previously at Symantec, Chakravarthy led multiple product groups including Endpoint Protection, Mobile Security and Management, Encryption, Storage and High-Availability and India Product Operations as well as Enterprise Global Consulting.

Prior to Symantec, Chakravarthy led product management for enterprise security services at VeriSign. Chakravarthy began his career at McKinsey & Company, where he rose to become the co-leader of the E-Business Practice in the Business Technology Office.

Chakravarthy received a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from the Institute of Technology, Varanasi, India. Additionally, Chakravarthy received his Master of Science and Ph.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
