Session Descriptions
Understand the Opportunity of Every Customer Interaction
Eric Berridge, Co-founder and CEO of Bluewolf

Salesforce has made it possible to collect and store massive amounts of information about each of our customers. But most of us don’t know how to use that data to fully understand and predict our customers’ needs. In this session Bluewolf and Informatica will discuss how to develop a customer obsessed culture and get the most value from every customer interaction. Informatica will perform a Customer 360 for Salesforce demonstration after the main session presentation.

Delight Your Customers by Taking Your Salesforce Implementation to the Next Level
Ajay Gandhi, VP Product Marketing, Informatica

Your Sales, Marketing and IT teams have put all of their energy into customizing and rolling out the perfect Salesforce system. But what happens next?  What “gotchas” should you look out for and where should you invest your efforts as your Salesforce system grows? In this session Informatica explains the most overlooked aspect of customer data management and highlights potential areas for great ROI. A short customer data demonstration after the main session presentation

Anticipate Your Business Needs With a Fresh Approach to Customer Analytics
Benjamin Pruden, Sr. Manager Product Marketing, Salesforce

Many companies are investing in top customer programs to accelerate revenue and growth rates, by shifting their approach to their top 20, 30, or 50 customers—from a transactional sales relationship to that of strategic partners with shared success. Such a strategic approach requires cloud analytics and data-driven dashboards.  In this session Salesforce and Informatica will explain how to continuously integrate, clean, and relate large volumes of data from multiple sources (such as ERP system and cloud apps) to deliver a comprehensive understanding of your most valuable customers. Informatica will perform a Salesforce Analytics Cloud demonstration after the presentation.

Speakers

Eric Berridge Eric Berridge
Eric Berridge is the co-founder and CEO of Bluewolf, the first global consulting firm born in the cloud. In 2000, at the peak of the dot-com bust, Bluewolf was born. Despite economic turbulence in the tech sector, the emergence of cloud computing sparked a new wave of innovation and flexibility. Berridge recognized an opportunity to leverage cloud, social, and mobile technologies to help companies become more agile and better engage their customers. Unlike traditional consulting models, Bluewolf’s proven Agile Business Transformation methodology enables clients to realize business outcomes in weeks, not years.
