Today, Hamilton has uniquely positioned the Data Sciences and Services group as a competitive differentiator for the Company. Mr. Lance is a strategic business transformation leader with over 25 years of domestic and international insurance distribution experience in emerging and mature markets with top tier financial services firms such as OneAmerica, MetLife, AXA and Generali.

He has served around the world in various senior leadership M&A roles leading large scale multi-million dollar transformation programs and heading insurance operations at branch, regional, national and international levels. Prior to joining OneAmerica in the fall of 2013, he was based in London, England where he was responsible for leading the successful integration of MetLife and Alico in EMEA with a focus on Ireland and the United Kingdom. He also helped launch AXA Equitable’s At Retirement® program in the U.S., served as AXA Group’s global head of Internal Communications in Paris, France, and was COO of AXA Advisors’ Northeast Division based in New York.

Mr. Lance holds a Masters of Business Administration degree in International Business from The George Washington University, a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Rhode Island, and an Executive Certificate in Retirement Planning from the Wharton School. He has dual French – U.S. citizenships and is multilingual.

John Bassani is a senior director within the PwC Ethics & Compliance group focused on implementing strategic solutions in order to manage compliance information across Firm-wide applications. More recently, John reports to the Chief Data Officer leading transformation initiatives within the US and Global network of PwC Firms. John’s experience in both technology and business provides a unique perspective on delivering solutions. With over 20 years of experience implementing large scale reporting solutions, enterprise information integration projects, business process re-engineering, operational support teams and more recently, his exposure to architecting MDM solutions, cloud based applications and virtualized data analytical platforms, John strikes a unique balance between the world of theory and implementation.

Her deep experience with high volume, high variety, and highly complex data, has enabled her to lead efforts to deploy a unique Data Governance Program at UPMC, designed to increase value of UPMC’s data assets by engaging the entire organization in data related work to make self-service analytics a reality.

As a Senior Manager for Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, he is responsible for managing the Data services platform comprising of MDM, RDM and Integrated Data Store (IDS). He previously led and architected the MDM implementation at Fifth Third Bank which was recognized as the Top 100 innovative projects by CIO Magazine in 2010.


Samson earned an MBA from University of Michigan and an MS in Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.


Most recently he spoke on MDM/RDM at 2015 Informatica World Conference and the 2015 Annual MDM & Data Governance Summit in NYC.

Mr. Morrissey comes to Infoverity with over 15 years of enterprise information management experience in business, consulting, and information technology. John Wollman has worked in the MDM and Data Governance spaces since 1999 and is considered a leading expert in applying MDM in the Healthcare and Life Sciences industries. As HighPoint’s EVP of Innovation, John oversees the overall coordination of business and solution development. Previously, he served as EVP and CTO at Alliance Consulting where he oversaw their transformation into a full-service consultancy. Anil Chakravarthy, CEO, Informatica

Anil Chakravarthy is responsible for product development, product management and product marketing of the Informatica Product Portfolio. For nearly a decade, Chakravarthy has held leadership roles at Symantec Corporation. Most recently Chakravarthy was the executive vice president of Information Security at Symantec, responsible for overseeing engineering, product management and operations for an extensive product portfolio including Data Loss Prevention, E-Mail and Web Security (on-premise and cloud), Managed Services, Trust Services and Authentication. Previously at Symantec, Chakravarthy led multiple product groups including Endpoint Protection, Mobile Security and Management, Encryption, Storage and High-Availability and India Product Operations as well as Enterprise Global Consulting. Prior to Symantec, Chakravarthy led product management for enterprise security services at VeriSign. Chakravarthy began his career at McKinsey & Company, where he rose to become the co-leader of the E-Business Practice in the Business Technology Office. Chakravarthy received a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from the Institute of Technology, Varanasi, India. Additionally, Chakravarthy received his Master of Science and Ph.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Rob Karel is the Vice President Product Strategy at Informatica. Karel is focused on developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy and solution for data governance spanning the entire Informatica product family. Formerly with Forrester Research, Rob has a stellar reputation as an industry expert in the area of data management and was ranked in the top 2% of all analysts at the firm. Karel looks across Informatica’s products to advance the company’s breadth in data management. He has more than 20 years of data management experience, working in both business and IT roles to develop solutions that provide better quality of, confidence in, and usability of critical enterprise data. Most recently, Karel spent six years with Forrester Research as a Principal Analyst, and was a leading expert in how companies deliver trusted information across the enterprise to enable mission critical business processes, customer interactions and decisions. Karel’s research focus included master data management, data quality, metadata management, data integration, data architecture, and data governance best practices. Prior to joining Forrester, Karel managed Intuit's enterprise data quality initiatives and supported the implementation of Intuit's customer master reference system. Prior to Intuit, Karel managed the design and development of customer master and attribute management solutions for Cisco Systems. Earlier, Karel was Research Manager for the global mergers and acquisitions product group at Thomson Financial Securities Data (now Thomson Financial Investment Banking). Ron joined Informatica as part of Informatica’s acquisition of Siperian and in total has more than ten years of experience in all aspects of Master Data Management. Over his 30 year career, Ron has held senior technical leadership positions with BroadVision, Interactive Network, and Link Flight Simulation. He holds a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and has published over 20 technical papers covering a variety of topics.

Jakki Geiger is the Senior Director of Information Quality Solutions (IQS) Marketing at Informatica, responsible for the go-to-market strategies of solutions such as: Total Customer Relationship, Total Supplier Relationship, and Financial Hierarchies Management, among others. Over the course of her 15 year career spearheading marketing for companies of all sizes — from 10 employees to 50,000 employees — Jakki has experienced the pain of not having clean, consistent and connected customer information to drive marketing programs and reporting. Of course, this was before joining Informatica. Jakki joined Informatica following the Siperian acquisition, where she was responsible for solutions marketing. Before Informatica, Jakki held marketing leadership positions at several venture-funded startups resulting in exponential growth and successful acquisitions by Oracle, Thomson Reuters and Informatica. She graduated magna cum laude with an M.A. in integrated marketing communications from Emerson College in Boston and earned a B.A. with honors in Psychology from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. Jakki is a published author and frequent speaker on the business value that can be gained when people have access to clean, consistent and connected information about the things that matter most to their business. She’s based at Informatica’s headquarters in Redwood City, California.

Manouj Tahiliani is responsible for Informatica’s Cloud MDM and Industry Solutions Product Management. He is highly experienced professional and thought leader with 20+years of experience spanning Oracle, GE Capital and Eaton Corp. He is also an advisor to start-ups in the Big Data and Knowledge Analytics space. Prior to Informatica, he led the Product Management and Strategy for Oracle’s MDM applications. He brings vast domain expertise that spans Industry solutions like Customer Experience (CX) and technologies like Data Integration, BI and Big Data both from a Cloud as well as On-Prem standpoint. Manouj has multiple Patents in the Data Management space and holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering and a master’s in business administration. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma Expert and Scrum Product Owner.

In his product management role he works with customers to identify and design best of breed data quality solutions. Working as a Senior Consultant with Informatica Professional Services, has given Chris hands-on experience in implementing data quality solutions tailored to specific customer needs. Chris joined Informatica when the company extended its offerings to include next generation data quality solutions with the acquisition of Similarity Systems. Chris has held a variety of roles in systems consultancy and implementation with leading organizations such as Quantum Corp and specialist solution providers like UKprocure.

Peter Ku is responsible for Informatica's Global Financial Services industry solutions consulting practice. He is an expert in helping financial services organizations leverage data and related data management solutions to achieve their top business imperatives from regulatory compliance to improving customer experience. Mr. Ku spent 6 years in the credit card industry with Providian Bancorp and Visa International and 5 years in the residential mortgage technology industry with Dorado and Ellie Mae and over 15 years working with data integration, data quality, data mining, master data management, and data governance software industry.
