Myles F. SuerChief Platform Evangelist, Informatica

In his role as Chief Platform Evangelist at Informatica, Mr. Suer, is focused upon solutions for key audiences including CIOs and Chief Enterprise Architects and the application of Informatica’ s Platform to verticals like manufacturing. Much of Mr. Suer’s experience is as a BI practitioner. At HP and Peregrine, Mr. Suer led the product management team applying analytics and big data technology to the company’s IT management. Mr. Suer has also been a thought leader for numerous industry standards including ITIL and COBIT. As part of this, Mr. Suer was a reviewer for the ITIL Version 3 standard. For COBIT, Mr. Suer has written extensively. Most recently, he published in COBIT Focus, “Using COBIT 5 to Deliver Information and Data Governance”. Prior to HP, Mr. Suer led new product initiatives at start-ups and large companies. This included doing a restart of a Complex Event Processing Company. Mr. Suer has also been a software industry analyst. Mr. Suer holds a Master of Science degree from UC Irvine and a 2nd Masters in Business Administration in Strategic Planning from the University of Southern California.

Kevin Colón is a Director of Sales at Informatica.  Mr. Colón’s background and expertise has been primarily focused in leading organizations in operational excellence and sales execution.  Mr. Colón has evangelized an approach to Data Management known as “Move, Clean, Master, & Protect”, which has been widely adopted by organizations.  At Oracle & BEA Systems, Mr. Colón led the middleware team’s go-to-market efforts in a market transition to service-oriented architectures.  Prior to this, Mr. Colón was instrumental in webMethods’ success within the enterprise integration field.  Mr. Colón holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida.

John, started his Informatica “life” in 2000 when his team at Hewitt Associates purchased PowerCenter.   Now, John is a ten year veteran at Informatica, holding several technical customer facing positions in Informatica’s Professional Services organization and as a Solution Architect assisting customers to develop solutions focused on solving business issues.  He has spent the past 4 years helping Fortune 500 companies develop and realize their cloud strategies.  John graduated with a BS from Northern Illinois University.  John currently lives near Chicago, IL and enjoys time with family, while maintaining an athletic lifestyle.

Hossein has over two decades of experience in technical leadership, hands-on design and implementation, as well as consulting positions. He has led  a variety of engagements architecting, developing, and delivering successful technology based solutions to address complex business challenges and opportunities for a variety of organizations and industries. His experience includes initiatives from all aspects of disciplined and methodical information management, Business Intelligence, database management, data and systems integration, COTS and custom applications development, and project management. He has directed and led multiple successful strategic and delivery initiatives for a variety of industries.  His background includes positions in strategic information planning and execution, Delivery Director, Program/Project Manager, Technical Advisor and Director, and Solution Architect.
